What do we know?
Start with the routes available to you. Mercado Libre’s Global Selling help asks sellers to select the market and shipping method. The Full route described for Mexico requires Global Selling approval. Do not infer access to another country’s programme from the group’s regional growth figures.
Read pricing as well as a launch guide. The current pricing page lists selling fees, seller-funded shipping components and Mexico Full storage/removal costs. Broad wording in an older overview that a route is free is not a complete cost quotation. Use the current calculator and account proposal for the exact item.
Compare the full economics. Our suggested worksheet includes importing, local storage, selling fees, delivery, expected returns, stock retrieval and payment timing. Separate statutory tax withholding from final tax liability and customs duty. A single 33.5% or 36% headline is not a complete tax answer for every seller entity or trade route.
